Started playing boys club football but spent a season with Rangers U13s and had spells at  Hibs and Hamilton Accies before joining Dunfermline at U15 level.  After the 2007-08 season appearing at U17 level, Jordan won a contract to be full time at the club.

First team debut:  v Hearts in Friendly Wednesday 16th July 2008

Went on loan to Clyde in December 2010 where he gained experience playing Second Division football.
