Season Ticket System
From season 2007-08 the Dunfermline Athletic season ticket paper books were changed to a single plastic card which is much less bulky. It is cost effective and easier to use and maintain by the Football Club on matchdays.

Each new season ticket card has a unique serial number which will be read at a Bar Code reader at the Turnstile. A user presents his card to the reader which will beep and a LED will change colour to indicate a successfull read of the card. No beep means you have to re-present the card (show a wee video here !)

It gives us flexibility in enabling you to pay for a Cup game, for example, such that we do not then have to send out a paper ticket, your card will then be automatically enabled for that game.

How is my card validated?
Once you have paid for your season ticket your card will become activated.  See short video demonstration

How can I test it ?
We will have a system available to test your card at the stadium prior to the first few matches. This should ensure that you are confident that your card actually works before going to the turnstile. You will be able to go along to the ticket office during the week to also test your card.

Season Ticket renewals?
At the start of this season we sent everybody a new plastic card based on the 2006-2007 seats, your card will not be activated until you pay for your season ticket (you can pay at the ticket office or online). Do not lose your card as you will need it for the 2007-08 season.

I have a season ticket card but have not paid for it?
Your card was sent out to everybody who held a season ticket in 2006-2007. Your card will only be enabled once you pay for it.

Can I use the ticket for Friendlies?
Your season ticket is only valid for home league games.

I wish to change my seat?
We will have to charge an admin fee £5 for a new card for you to move to a new position.

What happens if I try and use my card twice ?
When your card is presented at the turnstile it is verified against our database. If you try and present it a second time you will be told that the card has already been used. If thi shappens the turnstile operator will take your card. Please ensure that you keep your card secure.

I have lost my card?
Please inform the ticket office as soon as possible to stop the card being used. You will be given a new card (admin fee £5 payable). We will be able to identify any lost or stolen cards that are presented at the turnsiles.

I have a Pars Online card, is it valid?
All Pars online cards will NOT be valid as they were for the original ParsOnline system at the start of season 2006, which was stopped by the SPL. Should you try and use such a card the turnstile operator will be informed and he will take the card from you.
