Duloch Primary Scholl visit East End Park

The Dunfermline Athletic Community programme is continually looking to foster links within local schools.

Annually they visit many schools within the local area and provide many local children with the chance to play football at school whilst being part of Dunfermline Athletic.

Primary 4 and 5 kids from Duloch Primary visited East End Park on Tuesday 28th November and described their trip as "one of their best school visits ever". The kids were provided with a stadium tour, got the chance to meet Sammy the Tammy, Jim Leishman and some of the Pars First Team players.

Speaking on behalf of DAFC Marketing Director, Tracey Martin commented:-

"We are always more than happy to work with schools in this way as we are a part of the living history of Dunfermline. It was great to see the kids really enjoy themselves and give our players a real grilling !!. The children had been doing a project about the history of Dunfermline so had been to the Abbey in the morning and we had been approached about a visit to Dunfermline Athletic in the afternoon as obviously as having being in existence for over 125 years we are very much part of Dunfermline's heritage as well."
