This Saturday the Pars are back where they kicked the season off, at Firhill. Thistle have now leapfrogged Dunfermline and sit in second place on 35 points, three points better off than their opponents but having played two games more. Neither side will want to lose ground on St Johnstone who lead with 39 points.

Partick Away Milestones
The Fifers lost 1-0 on their last visit to the Jags. In April last year a Stevie Crawford strike just before half time was enough to take the points back to Fife. Prior to that the last Pars league win there was five games back on the opening day of the 1988-89 season. Dunfermline were also knocked out last season`s Scottish Cup by Thistle at the end of January.
