Betfred Cup draw

Dunfermline Athletic are drawn against Rangers at Ibrox. Tie to be played on Wednesday 9th August with a 7.45pm kick off

The draw for the next round of this season`s Betfred Cup took place after Sunday`s Dundee derby, with last-16 ties due to be played on the midweek of August 8/9.

The draw was as follows:-
St Johnstone v Partick Thistle
Hibernian v Ayr United
Rangers v DUNFERMLINE ATHLETIC
Ross County v Motherwell
Falkirk v Livingston
Hamilton v Aberdeen
Celtic v Kilmarnock
Dundee v Dundee Utd

The eight seeded clubs in the last 16 of the competition were European qualifiers Celtic, Aberdeen, Rangers and St Johnstone, plus the four group winners with the best records.
