It`s that time of the season when the football kicks off and the visits to the pubs and catering facilities at stadiums become more frequent.
Don`t Worry though as The Pars Foundation are happy to announce we have been given further funding to deliver Football Fans in Training and will be delivering two sessions for both men and women. This will be the first time that The Pars Foundation and DAFC have delivered the Women`s FFIT programme however we are confident that it can make as much a difference to the women as it has the men over the last five seasons.
Are you aged 35-65 years old? Men is your trouser waist size at least 38 inches? Women are you a size 14+ dress size? Do you want to lose weight, have a healthier lifestyle and ultimately be fitter? The 12 week FFIT programme shows about how you can make small changes to your diet and increase physical activity to lose weight and inches.
The best news is it is totally FREE!!

• Measurement nights are a drop in session at East End Park
• Men`s Measurements night Tuesday 30th August 5pm-7pm
• Women`s Measurements night Thursday 1st September 5pm-7pm
The official first week of the programme will be Tuesday 6th September for the men and Thursday 8th September for the women. Both will be held at East End Park and run from 6.30pm to 8pm.
