Match Tickets - Conditions of sale
CONDITIONS
This ticket is issued subject to the conditions details within the DAFC Ground Regulations displayed throughout our stadium and on DAFC’s website www.dafc.co.uk - whilst all of these conditions detailed in the Regulations are applicable to ticket holders, the following conditions are specifically drawn to the ticket holder’s attention:
a. It shall not be resold for more than its face value.
b. It shall not be used as a prize in a lottery or in a newspaper or other competition without the consent of the organiser.
c. The holder shall not take a camera or photographic equipment of any description into the ground or take any cinematograph picture or photograph of any kind of the match.
d. All persons entering the stadium must comply with DAFC’s policy on Unacceptable Conduct, details of which can be found on DAFC’s website www.dafc.co.uk and are displayed within the stadium.
e. No refund of ticket prices shall be made save in the following specific circumstances:
Postponement of Match
In the event of postponement of the match prior to entry to the stadium, the ticket will be valid for the rearranged playing of the match. Where the match is postponed after entry to the stadium and before the match kick-off, entry to the stadium for the rearranged playing of the match will only be permitted on presentation of the ticket stub and subject to compliance with any other arrangements as may be announced at the time. A person who does not wish to attend the rearranged playing of the match shall be entitled to a refund of the face value of the ticket provided that an application for a refund is received at the stadium within 14 days of the day of the announcement of the rearranged playing of the match, enclosing the ticket stub.
Abandonment of the Match After Kick-off
In the event of the abandonment of a match after the kick-off a person shall be permitted to enter the stadium for a rearranged fixture on the presentation of the ticket stub and subject to compliance with any other arrangements as may be announced at the time. A person who does not wish to attend the rearranged playing of the match shall be entitled to a refund, the amount of which shall be determined by the selling club acting reasonably. In such an event refund will only be paid when an application has been received at the stadium within 14 days of the day of the announcement of the rearranged playing of the match, enclosing the ticket stub.
Cancellation/Abandonment of a Match (not to be replayed or rearranged)
When a match is cancelled/abandoned before kick-off a person shall be entitled to a refund of the face value of the ticket provided that an application for a refund is received at the stadium within 14 days of the day of the announcement of the cancellation/abandonment, enclosing the ticket stub. Where a match is abandoned after kick-off a refund shall be payable, the amount of which shall be determined by the selling club acting reasonably. In such an event the refund will only be paid when an application for refund has been received at the stadium within 14 days of the day of the announcement of the cancellation/ abandonment, enclosing the ticket stub.
All applications for and correspondence in relation to refunds must be addressed to the home club. The name and address of each ticket holder must be supplied in block capitals for a refund to be given. Please allow 28 days for a refund to be made.
In each of the above a refund shall be made on presentation of the ticket stub. The home club shall not in any of the above circumstances be liable in any event for any amounts other than the refunds as set out above (for example there will be no liability for any hotel and other travel expenses).
f. Ticket holders entering the wrong part of the ground will be ejected with no re-admissions. The area referred to is clearly overprinted on the front of this ticket.
g. Ticket holders must not engage in Unacceptable Conduct and must adhere to the “Fans’ Charter” published by the SFA (www.scottishfa.co.uk/scottish_football.cfm?page=3441)
h. All persons purchasing a ticket must provide details of his/her full name and residential address when purchasing a ticket and, where the ticket relates to an area designated as being for the use of the visiting club’s supporters, is deemed to have consented to the provision of that information to the visiting club.
i. The organiser, its servants or agents will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage howsoever caused to the holder of this ticket save as expressly excluded by the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.
The possessions of this ticket shall constitute an acceptance by the holder of these conditions and imply an undertaking on the part of the holder to observe them.
In the event of any breach of these conditions the organiser reserves the right to cancel this ticket and retain the money paid thereafter.
PLEASE NOTE SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN ANY AREA OF THE GROUND.
