New Cans on the Block

The collection cans at East End Park will remain

All the "Keep The Pars" collection cans have now been withdrawn from public locations, so that the shops, pubs etc who have supported the Pars in the last three years (over £21k was collected) can now concentrate on helping other good causes.

However, the collection cans at East End Park will remain - in the Club Shop, the Purvis Suite and the three function suites on the 1st Floor - but they have now been relabelled "The Manager's Fund".

All the money from them will be independently checked and banked as before, and will go to a ring-fenced fund for use at the discretion of Allan Johnston and his team for non-budgeted items throughout the year, e.g. Allan might feel it would be beneficial to have a team meal, or an overnight stay before a cup-tie, or an extra piece of training kit, and The Manager's Fund will allow him to do that.

Please continue to support this project generously, and we will report from time to time on what the money has been used for.
