AGM for Pars United CIC scheduled for Tuesday 6th May 2014

The Annual General Meeting of Pars United CIC will be held at East End Park, Halbeath Road, Dunfermline on Tuesday 6 May 2014 at 7.30 pm.

All shareholders should now have recently received formal written notification of the AGM along with all of the necessary relevant documentation.

To further assist shareholders, where necessary, further forms are attached in respect of appointing a proxy or authorised representative.

Proxy Forms and Authorised Representative Forms

A shareholder in Pars United who is entitled to attend and vote may appoint a proxy to exercise all or any of his/her rights to attend, speak and vote at a meeting of the Company, including a meeting of 'B' Shareholders.

A proxy need not be a member of the Company. A form of proxy is available here and can be downloaded for use.

In order to be effective, instruments appointing a proxy should be lodged at the registered office of the Company (East End Park) at least 48 hours before the appointed time of the meeting.

Please note that members who are corporate bodies or unincorporated organisations should not use proxy forms and must appoint an Authorised Representative.

A suggested form of letter is also available here and can be downloaded for use. It is important that the correct form of letter is used.

Style A is suitable for a company and style B is suitable for an unincorporated association. Most supporters' clubs will be unincorporated associations.
