Important information for supporters. Thursday 3rd December, Purvis Suite, East End Park, 5.00pm to 7.30pm

Thursday 3rd December
Purvis Suite, East End Park
5.00pm to 7.30pm

As highlighted last week, our club will be open the Purvis Suite tomorrow night between 5pm and 7.30pm to allow supporters to purchase the following items, to avoid queues on match days:

- The limited edition Norrie replica top
- Tickets for the tribute night to Norrie at Carnegie Hall on 15 January 2016
- The new Into the Valley Book
- The 2016 DAFC Calendar
- The new “Where’s Sammy” Childrens book

The night is likely to be very popular, so supporters are advised to arrive early and to be patient as there are likely to be queues. All supporters should enter the stadium via the main glass hospitality entrance door.

Current first team players and a few former players will be in attendance, for signing autographs.

Our club would like to highlight the following information to supporters to ensure the evening runs smoothly. The items on sale will be able to be purchased from different tables on the evening, depending on whether payment is made by cash or card, and to avoid waiting in a long queue if you do not intend to purchase a Norrie replica top.

Norrie Replica Top
A queuing system will be adopted on the night, and anyone wishing to purchase a replica Norrie top will be issued with a numbered raffle ticket in the main reception area, upon entering East End Park and will then join the designated queue into the Purvis Suite. Please ensure you have a numbered raffle ticket if you intend to join the queue, as you will not be able to purchase a top without it.

At the till, all lucky purchasers of the Norrie top will also receive a specially commissioned certificate of authenticity, which must match the same number as the raffle ticket. The purchasers name will be logged for posterity, and given to Dunfermline Athletic Heritage Trust.

As previously indicated, only one top will be sold per person. The top is priced at £40, but is only available in adult sizes (S; M; L; XL; and XXL).

The Norrie top will be sold at the DAFC Shop table, along with copies of the Into the Valley Book and DAFC 2016 Calendar.

Both cash and card payments are able to be made on the night, at the DAFC Shop table.

Tickets for the tribute night for Norrie
On Friday 15 January 2016, the Football Club and the Heritage Trust will host a night at the Carnegie Hall in Dunfermline, for Pars fans to come together to remember Norrie.

This will show a number of full length interviews we will have filmed with his former teammates, footage from Norrie’s playing career at DAFC, and will feature live Q&A sessions on stage with key people from Norrie’s time at our club.

Approximately 500 tickets are available for the evening, which will again be hugely popular, and will be on sale on Thursday, are priced at £10.

Tickets are only available at the DAHT table in the Purvis Suite, and it will be a CASH ONLY desk, so please bring cash in order to purchase tickets for the evening.

A limited number of tickets will be available for wheelchair users (plus helpers).

Any remaining tickets will go on sale as follows:

- In the DAFC Club Shop on Friday 4th December, and
- Before Saturday’s game against Brechin City, from the DAHT table in the foyer of the DAFC Club Shop

“Where’s Sammy” Book, Into the Valley Book & DAFC 2016 Calendar

Supporters will also be able to purchase all of the above items from the Pars Supporters Trust table on the night.

The price of the items are as follows:

- Into the Valley Book £15
- DAFC 2016 Calendar £10
- “Where’s Sammy” Book £4.99 **

** Proceeds from the book, will go to the PST with a donation from each book sold going to the author’s animal welfare charity ‘Friends of Bianca’.

Again, it will be a CASH ONLY desk, so please bring cash in order to purchase items from the PST table, to save you joining a queue at the DAFC Shop table, if you do not intend to purchase a Norrie replica kit.

Centenary Club Lifeline & DASC Shop

In addition, the Centenary Club Lifeline and DASC Shop will both have tables in the Purvis Suite on the night.
